Barista Training

All members of Robert Roberts ‘Out Of Home’ division (Sales representatives, Service Engineers, Marketing and Management) continuously receive coffee training both in-house and externally.

Robert Roberts offer barista training to all their customers to ensure that your customers are satisfied. Please see section on our barista training course.

Brewmaster Course:

As with making a good espresso, brewing filter coffee to perfection involves following rules and standards. SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe) developed a Brewmaster Course to raise awareness of quality coffee brewing practices. All members of the Robert Roberts have completed this Brewmaster course. During the two day course we learnt in detail about each stage of the filter brewing process.
